How to Recovery Refrigerant Gas from Chillers

Recovery Pump  Control 

Recovery Pump Hose pipe

Liquid Line side Valve

                                                                               

First Open Liquid side Valve

Connect Recovery Pump Hose

Connect Hose to Recovery Pump System Vapor side valve

                                         Connect Another hose to Recovery Pump Tank Liquid

And Connect Hose to Empty Cylender

Connect sight Glass between Empty Cylender and Recovery Pump

Then Open Liquid side valve

And  Open Recovery Pump Valve

Open Empty Cylender Valve

Start the Recovery Pump and Cool the Cylender with normal water for down Gas temperature.
